1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the 1More mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and 1More.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. The 1More Service

1More is a marketplace that connects customers seeking fitness coaching with independent, certified coaches. 1More facilitates discovery, scheduling, messaging, and payment, but is not a party to the coaching relationship and does not employ coaches.

4. Coaches & Customers

Coaches are independent contractors responsible for the services they provide, their qualifications, and compliance with applicable laws. Customers are responsible for evaluating a coach's suitability for their needs.

1More verifies submitted credentials on a reasonable-efforts basis but does not guarantee any outcome, result, or level of service.

5. Payments & Fees

Payments for sessions and plans are processed through the Service. Coaches set their own rates. 1More may retain a service fee from each transaction, disclosed at the time of booking. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the policy presented at checkout.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by harassing other users, posting unlawful or misleading content, attempting to circumvent payments, or interfering with the operation of the platform. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Health & Safety Disclaimer

1More does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You participate in training and physical activity at your own risk, and 1More is not liable for injury arising from coaching services arranged through the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by 1More and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Certain provisions survive termination, including those relating to liability and intellectual property.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1More is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and 1More is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
